Gingercello Saison (Extended Family Exclusive Blend 11/26/19)

We got a bourbon barrel from Marble Distillery that they used to age their Gingercello, which is apparently a ginger version of lemoncello. We took a single barrel of Saison that was tasting great resting in it's neutral french oak barrel and added it to what will surely become a very polarizing barrel for another 2 months. We didn't know what to expect, but we're actually very pumped on this! It's like a beer cocktail. A hint more ginger than lemon in the nose.
