Scáth (“Shadow” in Irish Gaelic) is a smooth, easy-drinking “proto-stout” built on roasted malts and oats, with rich notes of coffee and dark chocolate.Further character is layered into this prototype by a long wood infusion on whiskey-infused barrel chunks straight out of Dublin: notes of vanilla, Irish whiskey, and soft tannin harmonize beautifully with the coffee and chocolate baseline.No lactose, no flavourings, just creamy and delicious.
