First of two collaborative brews by Ross Goh(Rye & Pint brewery) and Clive Tan (Archipelago brewery). Both brewers got together and brewed this collaborative series outside their respective brewing schedules. Hence the name “moonlightin’ “ .The porter was brewed with the singapore climate and palate in mind. Easy to drink. Featuring subtle chocolate malt flavour. Paired with a smoky background taste, Gula Melaka ( Asia coconut palm sugar) cubes was added for slight sweetness, brewed for a smooth finish.
