Full of end of summer musings, this thist quenching hop number gives you a whimsical haze of flaked wheat and oats on the horizon of traditional ale malt. Like the halcyon bird. (kötare/kingfisher) of Waiheke Island - this beer flys high on the afternoon thermals dry hop notes; Cascade, Mosaic and Nelaon Sauvin hops. The early bitterness is a balancedl discovery of the Columbus hop.
