Apfel Pils

Inspired by a traditional German pilsner we took our standard juice base and boiled in hallertau hops and lagered this cider on a German lager yeast. The initial taste is that is of a light bodied pilsner wand finishes off with a crisp apple that is refreshing and delicious.
