It’s been a while since we’ve done a single hop beer and what better way to break the drought than a triple dry hopped IPA with three different forms of one of our favourite hops: Mosaic. As well as triple dry hopping this brew, we’ve also utilized 3 different forms of Mosaic: Cryo hops, T90 hop pellets and liquid hop extract. What better way to get a hefty dose of Mosaic in and around your face!Expect big fruit salad aromas: ripe mango, black currant and fresh apricot.
