Clear Attitude

Malt: golden promise, pils, wheat, dextrin, caramaltHops: Mosaic, Cryo mosaic, Styrian wolf (Slovenian Hop), enigmaYeast: London ale IIIWe have been brewing high ABV hazy beers for almost 10 years now, so this year we wanted to change things up a bit. We started brewing extremely fruity and balanced clear beers. With aroma and taste of a NEIPA, medium bitterness, but with a crisp finish. The mission with this beer was to make beer as fruity and full of flavour as possible, but so nice and drinkable that we could drink as much of it as possible. As this is a collab beer, we wanted to push the style and innovate as much as possible, using NEIPA yeast for clear beer, a lot of cryo hops to avoid hop burn and grassiness.
