This series is something we are really proud of! For the very first time since the beginning of Frontaal, we were invited by Yakima Chief to select our very own lot of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe! We went down to their warehouse back in October 2021 and choose our hop out of every four lots. These NE DIPA's are the perfect showcase of what you can expect from our hops for this year. The base malt and yeast is kept very simple, giving as much way to the hops as possible to come to fruition.Mosaic is quite complex in its profile. It is mostly noted for its blueberry aromas, but other descriptors used include mango, stone fruit,rosy, floral, bubblegum, tropical, citrus, grassy, pine, earthy, herbal and spice. All in all it’s a complicated hop variety and lives up to its name well.
