Honeyberry Saison

This Pilsner malt base began it's journey in January, fermented with a Dupont strain and keg conditioned with Brett Claussenii and then jumped onto 12 lbs of honeyberries from the Pacific Northwest! The resulting beer is almost Merlot in color but light, bright and spritzy making it a perfect refreshing summer brew!
