Mango Lassi Kettle Sour used mango in every form we could get our hands on! Mango juice, mango puree, mango juice concentrate and natural mango flavor were all added at different times during the brewing process while making this beer. Unsurprisingly, it tastes and smells like mango! The souring process made this brew tart and refreshing, and we even used yogurt as our souring agent to make it more like a real mango lassi. Cheers!
