A dry IPA, which instead of a champagne yeast, was 'brutted' with a saison yeast, hence the very name of the beer.Aromas are a combination of peach, hints of pineapple, a sweet note of coconut for which Idaho 7 hops is responsible, and a refreshing background aroma of lemon peel, contributed by Azacca hops. Light bodied, that makes it extremely drinkable, but nowhere near to make anyone believe the final gravity of this beer was 1.002. Hops additions were on whirlpool at 85C and dry hopping, to give it a gentle grapefruit bitterness in the finish which invites you to take another sip.
