｢今｣はホップの香りと味わいを最大限に活かすモダンな製法でつくりました。苦味はなるべく抑えめにし、ホップの甘さや果実味のある香りに焦点を当てることで、ジューシーでごくごく飲みやすい味わいです。クラフトビールのブームが起こった時代から、常にIPAは変化してきました。私たちはその違いに目をつけ、同じレシピで同じホップの量でも、使い方の違いでそれぞれの時代のIPAを感じられる、｢今｣と｢昔｣を作りました。2つを並べて飲むと、苦味を特徴として押し出した時代から、よりフルーティーな味わいが求められる時代へとIPAの遍歴、IPAファンの嗜好の変化を感じることが出来て、十分に楽しめます。名前の由来:今多くの人に親しまれているIPAを表現しています。Kon is a modern take on IPA, focusing more on hop aroma and flavor. The sweet, fruity notes of the hops dominate the aroma, and less bitterness means more drinkability. IPA has changed significantly since the craft beer boom began. To explore the difference we made two beers with the same recipe. The amount of each hop used is the same in each recipe, but changing the timing of usage creates a different final product. Tasting them side by side shows just how preferences have shifted from the bitter side of hops to the fruity side.Naming:Kon is an expression of what IPA means in the here and now.
