This week's triple-dry-hopped triple-IPA showcases a new experimental variety (with a catchy name) from HopSteiner: HS16660. This one is high in the thiol 4MMP (also found in abundance in Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin) and Geraniol (Mosaic/Citra). Hopsteiner describes the overall impression as "tropical fruit, berry, fruit candies, citrus" sounded good to us!
