This Pale Ale is our Belgian-Japanese connexion.We dry-hopped it with 2 different hops: Belgian harvested Chinook and the famous Japanese Sorachi Ace.We also used Chit malt to give to this beer a creamy body. Samurai scores low in ABV (3,8%) but still has a powerful aromatic.Expect citrusy, piny and coconut aromas.
