Skylight Saison

A hazy and fruit forward saison inspired ale - fermented with a classic Saison strain used in almost all of our saisons. We added a small amount of our favourite New Zealand hope post fermentation - which we find works nicely with the French and American hops we used during the cook and whirlpool process. Full bodied, refreshing, fruit forward but also a slight spice finish.
