It is rich and creamy on the palate with chalky , burnt flavors balanced by lush dark chocolates and never turns too dry through the smoky finish. Full-flavored yet highly drinkable – rich and creamy without being thick or heavy.This recipe was originally created as a home brew in 1993 to commemorate the life and times of our dear friend Michae`l Faricy. When we opened Arbor Brewing company in 1995 it became an instant hit and went on to win Gold in 1998 at the World Beer Championships topping such notables as Guinness and Murphy’s.
