Dem Guava Boys

Описание

Our Berliner Weisse is brewed with an heirloom variety pilsner malt from Germany and the finest American grown wheat. The malts we chose impart a rich and grainy base which is married with the refreshing tartness achieved by kettle souring with a blend of Lactobacillus. After fermentation we add over 250 pounds of pink guava which imparts huge waves of bright, tropical fruit notes. Dem boys are here and they brought dat guava!
