Brewed as a challenge to conjure up a beer which is like drinking a rich chocolatey coffee whilst partaking of those wonderful biscuits... the Lotus Caramelised Biscoff.This pastry stout is built around eight wonderful malts including Maris Otter, Oats, Chocolate Malt, Crystal Malt, Honey Malt, Carafa Special III, Chocolate Wheat and Brown Malt. The beer is infused with cold steeped Guatemalan ground coffee with a rich aroma of chocolate, spice and toffee, cinnamon sticks and finally caramel. And not forgetting.. a generous helping of Lotus Biscoffs in the mash.
