It's been years since we dabbled in dark IPAs, but something about the crisp (almost) fall air, and a nostalgic recipe deep from the Bellwoods archives spoke to us. Here with an updated approach to malt and hops, Gotham Black Double IPA.Complex, bold aromatics of citrus rind and dark berries, lingering bitterness of orange pith, pine resin and dark cocoa.
