This is an classic American Pale Ale that balances hop flavour and malt character, designed to be a go to pinter. A chewy malt base provides the support for loads of classic American citrus, floral and piney hop flavours from tastful additions of Centennial, Simcoe and Amarillo. There is an imposter in the mix as an Australian hops called Eclipse joins the crew. This antipodean variety brings a deep orange aroma and flavour that pairs perfectly with the classic American lineup.
