Starting with a combination of fruity, citrusy hop varieties added to the brew kettle and culminating with a massive dry hop addition, Buzz On triple IPA possesses one of the heaviest hop schedules in Lock City’s repertoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these hop varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit, and floral notes. A large quantity of honey added to the grain bill provides just enough body to let the aroma and flavor of the hops to stand out, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Triple India Pale Ale style.
