Of the Farm: Blackberry Perry V

Our Perry line continues to evolve with our first fruited Perry. The all pear base was made with a blend of local PA pears from our friends at Weaver's Orchard, harvested in 2023, pressed and fermented, then aged for 13 months. We then rested a part of the batch on a ton of Weaver’s-grown Blackberries for another month. The result is a blissfully fruity Perry, stunning in color and on the palate. We hope you enjoy!
