Cider Craft Magazine's 2024 Platinum Natural Cider! 4th in a series of ciders inspired by Brittany and Normandy, France. A dry cider made from freshly pressed apples from Miller's Orchards, Scott Twp, PA. A keeved cider with no added yeast, sulfites, or sugars. All the flavor results from the apples,(a good portion being Northern Spy) and French cider-making techniques.
