Very Cozy Sweater

Since the weather is cooling down, we felt it was time for a nice wintery themed beverage. Very Cozy Sweater is a variant of our previous sour, Cozy Sweater, but with a little extra thickness. For this we used Marionberries, which are almost identitcal to blackberries and are grown in Marion County, Oregon. Due to heat waves in past years, this fruit was not available to use in mass quantities for a couple of years. We are excited to get a special allocated shipment into Moksa to produce this new beer. To add a festive touch to the fruit, we spiced it up with real cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla beans.
