This Sæli (Happy) Pale Ale is an easy drinking one. Very fresh, medium body and elegant aromas of nordic berries and flowers from Styrian Dragon (SLO) hops. On the background, and opening up after few minutes, a gentle mix of tropical fruits brought by Mosaic (US) hops.A good portion of flaked oats, to increase mouth feel, was added when mashing . Cheers!
