Cowabunga dude! The 4th episode in our series of single hopped IPAs made with the hops used to make Hop-Fu! The Disciples of Fu! Chinook Coterie features Chinook in many forms. We layered Hop Head Farms grown Michigan Chinook in both the kettle and the double dry hop to bring out peachy pineapple notes that compliment the classic citrusy, piney, grapefruity flavors and aromas imparted by Pacific Northwest grown Chinook and Chinook Cryo. Clean, crisp, bright & shiny!
