An IPA without a coast to claim - brewed with German malt and oats, a simple mash regimen, and ample additions of Amarillo pellets and Whole leaf Simcoe in the kettle. Fermented at 20°C with California ale yeast and conditioned a little colder on Whole leaf Simcoe.
