It was brewed with copious amounts of wheat along with a heft of orange peels and coriander seeds. We have hopped the beer lightly with German noble hops and together it brings a lovely balance between the spicy notes from the coriander seeds and hops along with the citrussy from the orange peels. These flavours are all encapsulated in a nice soft and full-bodied beer with a slight aftertaste of banana from all the wheat.
