A beer brewed in collaboration with Shapira Brewery. A New England-style IPA - bright, thick and cloudy, enriched with a mix of American hop varieties added in advanced stages: first time during wirlpool and twice on the cold side (double dry-hop) - was only used as a basis for the fine natural sour base mixture that grows at the Shapira Brewery by its proud parents. The result is a complex and special beer which is a collision of styles and combines between gentle acidity and restrained bitterness, and between aromas of fresh flowers resulting from the natural sourdough and herbal and fruity complexity that comes from the hops.
