Brewed in the style of a Biere de Garde from the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France. Light copper in hue, this beer presents itself with a prominent malt sweetness, toasted bread, dark cherry and toffee; mild warming alcohol notes and a dry, spicy finish. Tres bonne!
