Orange Blossom WIT

One of four of the first beers brewed out of our new kit at the Mismatch Brewhouse in Adelaide, this beer was created by founder Ewan Brewerton, who always had this beer on his list of beers he wanted to brew. With a smaller system, this was the perfect time for Ewan to see his creation come to life. Pours a hazy golden colour with a fluffy white head, this beer is dominated by the scent of fresh orange zest and orange blossoms. There is a subtle spiciness from the coriander, and a slight bready note from the wheat. On the palate, the orange flavours continue to shine through, with a bright and refreshing citrusy taste. The coriander adds a touch of complexity and spiciness, while the wheat provides a smooth, creamy mouthfeel.
