The ports of Thessaloniki and Heraklion have been significant commercial hubs of the country throughout the centuries, profoundly influencing the working class in their respective regions.Workers developed strong bonds and collective actions that often extended beyond the boundaries of professional life. From guilds and participation in collective struggles to rebetiko culture and mutual support during difficult times of war, dockworkers essentially highlighted the value of solidarity, laying the foundation for significant social changes that remain vibrant within working-class and broader communities to this day.In the spirit of solidarity and collaboration that also defines craft culture, we joined forces with the Thessaloniki-based gypsy brewers of Utopia Craft Beer to create a Salted Caramel Porter with… attitude.This is Saltitude!Large quantities of caramelized malts and Northern Brewer hop, along with the addition of salt, and vanilla, create a balanced sweetbitter profile rich in mocha, butterscotch, and salted chocolate sensations.
