Smugglers Bay Hibiscus Chamomile Ale

We aged some of our Hot Curl-Hibiscus Sour Ale with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis then added local bush honey & fresh raspberries. The result is a unique ale full of red berry fruits, soft chamomile aromas & a soft, pleasant acidity underpinned with beeswax-tinted honey. Expect its fruitiness to fade over time & more earthy flavours to develop.
