For this Oude Kriekenlambik, we macerated sour cherries on lambik brewed with local cereals. We macerated these sour cherries for more than five months on young lambik and we blended with some more old lambik. In total, we used seven lambikken from three different foeders. The weighted average age of this blend is over fifteen months. The final fruit concentration is 34%
