We invented a new style of beer called the MAIPA (short for Mauritius IPA). A NEIPA made from manioc.It is a variant of a NEIPA (New England IPA) which itself is a east coast variant of an American IPA. Itself evolved from the British IPA (short for India Pale Ale). History says an IPA was a stronger export version of a Pale Ale. Itself a style of Ale. Ale is a beer brewed from a top fermented yeast.We are a True Craft Brewery.
