Groundwork: Hoopers Orchard

Cider made with a field blend of apples from Hooper's Orchard in Monroe, Maine. This one features Bulmers Norman, Golden Russet, Liberty, Jonagold, Cox Orange Pippin, Narragansett, Goldrush, and many more in smaller quantities. The blend is fermented in stainless then aged in oak barrels for a year. A series of place-based ciders showcasing distinct orchards and highlighting our growers. Shoutout to Ben and his family for all of their generosity and hard work.
