Dry cider made with Golden Russet, Ashmeads Kernel, Cox Orange Pippen, Crimson Crisp, Esopus Spitzenburg, and Winesap apples from Pietree Orchard fermented with native yeasts, and aged on lees in glass demijohns for a year. A pure expression of these apples that shares characteristics with many French ciders.
