Pallet Notes

Sabro Mosaic & Simcoe NEIPAFull. Fruit. Fantasy.Sabro, some love it- some (crazy people) hate it. It’s definitely one of our favourite new varieties so we couldn’t wait to try it in a hazy New England IPA. Pallet Notes combines a good whack of Sabro with the all-star combo of Mosaic and Simcoe.Hazed, juiced & tropicalised- it’s a fruity party & there's no curfew. The brewer's palate is finely honed. Selecting flavours and aromas from an artist's palette of hops. Once the beer is made it is lovingly placed on a pallet and shipped out to be enjoyed FRESH!
