Our Cloudy Banana is my experiment at making a Hefeweizen as I was taught at the VLB in Berlin. Brewed after the purity law and with multible rests during the mashing in order to produce a slightly spicy banana aroma and an excellent drinkability. I'm pretty happy with this wonderfully brew. 50 % pilsner 50 % Wheat malt and 100 % german hops as well as Hefeweizen yeast. Can't go wrong with that combo.
