'Tis the season for the kind of dark, malty lagers that are a staple of German brewing this time of year. Our Winterbock was brewed with 100% German malts and hops and then lagered for a full eight weeks, allowing the beer to develop a full, soft body and mouthfeel to accompany the traditional notes of caramel malts and rich, dark flavors of prune and raisin. This is a beer to warm you up on a cold winter's evening.
