This year's Beoir na Nollag is ready! It's a robust dark amber beer, fermented with a blend of Belgian Abbey yeasts. It was conditioned for 6 months before being transferred to whiskey casks for further maturation, adding a layer of complexity and subtle overtones of spirit and oak.
