Our brewers have always been talented at brewing English ales, but thought something was missing. Sure, a classic Brown Ale ticks all the boxes. Smooth, rich, enjoyed on a patio, in a pub, on a couch, under the kitchen table - wherever. But a discovery was made, and it ironically came from the UK. The Harlequin hop allowed our brewers to make this Brown Ale and boost it with a shot of tropical fruit flavours and aromas (much to the ire of traditionalists everywhere). New age hops and conventional English Ales; do they really go together? We think so.
