Gin Basket IPA has seen a huge “basket” of spent gin botanicals from Patient Wolf soaked in the whirlpool prior to fermentation. We’re talking juniper berries, corriander seed, aniseed myrtle, orris root, angelica root, cardamom, cubeb pepper, tonka beans, grapefruit and orange. Then we took it to hop-town with a dry hop of cascade and rakau!
