Celebrating the bounty of the Willamette Valley. A winery & cidery collaboration between neighbors CHO Wines and 19 Acres Cider Co. Grape skins from CHO’s fresh pressed Pinot Noir co-fermented with 19 Acres’ finest farm grown apples. Handcrafted and slow fermented this co-ferment was aged 5 months before release and is full of juicy red fruit and subtle tannin.
