While most hops we use are grown right here in the good ol' U.S. of A, we have slowly been ramping up our Southern Hemisphere hopped beers program. In the case of Semester At Sea, we are going all in with Vic Secret hops in a Westcoast IPA, primarily due to its ability to bridge new school juicy with classic Westcoast flavors, creating a profile drenched in notes of passionfruit, pineapple, pine resin, wildflowers, casaba melon, and white nectarine.
