Our Mornington Latte IPA has an appropriately simple hop profile, with prominent blueberry to enhance the coffee pairing supported by the tropical & citrus flavours you would expect from a bold US-style IPA. A blend of malts and oats give the beer a creaminess, and Union coffee’s Natural Spirit blend gives a sweet, fudgy, citrus character which marries perfectly with the hops.
