A deep and rich imperial stout layered with blackberry, raspberry & sour cherry on a base of chocolate and caramel malts.Rich, festive, complex, strong, dark & with the mouthfeel of a black forest gateaux, this Imperial stout is unctuously rich with flavours of Kirsch cherry, dark chocolate & sweet vanilla backed up by a soft body. The initial sweetness of rich chocolate is balanced by tart winter fruit & a slight coffee bitterness. It finishes with sticky, chewy lingering delight.
