This time, we used the German hop Tettnang and WetHOP Mandarina Bavaria, a hop product developed by Hopfen-Kontor in Germany.The elegant bitterness of Tettnang, added during the boiling process, is harmoniously balanced with the gorgeous aroma of WetHOP Mandarina Bavaria, dry-hopped during and after fermentation.The refreshing citrus aroma and floral nuances spread pleasantly throughout the beer.
