Our new addition to the mob is Nelson Sauvvy; a 5.4% India Pale Lager. Fermented low and slow to be clean and crisp, then dry-hopped with a big hit of Nelson Sauvin hops, the result is a highly drinkable beer with a punch of gooseberry, citrus, and tropical fruit.
