B:2 Barrel-aged Baltic Porter

For this small-batch limited-edition ‘Barrel-aged Baltic Porter’ beer, we took 40 liters of a lagered base beer and aged it for 4-months in a small rum barrel provided by Kælder Vin in Give. The result is an incredibly soft and smooth dark lager with aromas of vanilla and toffee where the residual sweetness of the beer is nicely balanced by a touch of tannins and pleasant alcohol warmth.
